Philosophy, Vision, Mission
The operational guidelines of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology use the faculty's management policy announcement, which was presented to the Institute Council on April 13, 2020, as the framework for operations, in addition to performing duties to fulfill the institute's policies according to the assigned OKRs.

The primary goal of the agency
The curriculum consists of
1. Revise the curriculum to meet the demands of agricultural careers that adapt to change.

4. Create an international curriculum related to the King's Science and Sufficiency Economy that emphasizes hands-on practice.
The student side consists of
1. Promote activities that support the identity of graduates from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology who must possess the skills according to the institutional identity of “Honesty, Eagerness to Learn, Hardworking” and have a volunteer spirit.
2. Promote domestic and international academic cooperation for student development.
In terms of classrooms and others
1. Improve and develop classrooms and laboratories, along with room equipment.
2. Improve and develop experimental plots and greenhouses to be suitable and modern for teaching and learning.
3. Add co-working spaces for students.
4. Improve, develop, or construct the high-tech agricultural product manufacturing innovation building.
To support hands-on teaching and learning activities
1. Promote research focused on creating practical technologies, innovations, or inventions both within and outside the organization that address regional needs and solve national problems.
2. Promote research that develops agricultural personnel and fosters the invention of technology and innovation for the development of Thailand's agriculture sector.
3. Promote research focusing on cross-disciplinary integration both within and outside the faculty, as well as nationally and internationally.
4. Promote and develop the research capabilities of early-career faculty members in collaboration with mentor researchers.
1. Encourage the faculty members, researchers, and academics of the Faculty to translate knowledge from research into academic services.
2. Promote various training activities to build upon and create agricultural security for people of all ages.
3. Promote academic services to generate income by establishing a laboratory for Organic Thailand agricultural product certification.

1. Manage according to the principles of good governance, with transparency and participation from all sectors within the Faculty, alumni, and current students.
2. Manage operations for agility and utilize the e-office system across all departments to align with the institute.
3. Encourage personnel engagement in maximizing resource efficiency.
4. Improvement and development of various systems for tracking, monitoring, and energy conservation

6. Promote media production and public relations to disseminate the personnel's work.
In terms of human resources, it consists of
1. Promote and support academic personnel in upgrading their qualifications or academic ranks.
2. Promote modern teaching and learning management capabilities
3. Promote and support academic staff in developing other areas of expertise besides publications to be used as performance indicators (e.g., serving as advisors for competitions/contests, organizing training programs to generate revenue, or
acting as an external organizational consultant, or encouraging students to participate in real-world work experience with the industrial sector
4. Promote and support academic support staff in receiving various trainings for continuous knowledge development or advancement to higher positions.
In terms of quality assurance and risk management
1. Develop an information system for quality assurance, curriculum development, and faculty administration.
