Economics and Business for Agricultural Development
Curriculum philosophy
Bachelor of Science Program in Agricultural Development Economics and Business has defined the philosophy of the curriculum as follows: “Apply economics and business management principles for agricultural development.”
That philosophy will serve as a guiding principle in determining teaching and learning approaches focused on aligning with current and future global changes, as well as emphasizing learning through field trips, internships, and practical work in real areas, allowing students to practice thinking, analyzing, and planning development appropriately for real situations that are constantly changing.
Objective
- To produce graduates with knowledge and competence in economics and agricultural business who are capable of thinking, analyzing, planning, and applying concepts to the development of agriculture and agricultural business, marketing, as well as utilizing digital technology for planning, management, and marketing, while being able to systematically apply these skills to agricultural community areas and maintaining a positive attitude toward the agricultural profession and farmers.
- To promote education, research, and the dissemination of work related to agricultural development and promotion, as well as other related fields.
- To provide academic services to the farming community, farmers' institutes, and interested parties.

General information for applicants
Admission requirements
- Grade 12, Science-Mathematics program and Arts-Calculation program, having studied science and mathematics for a total of not less than 15 credits or equivalent.
- Currently studying for the third year of Vocational Certificate (Voc.Cert.) in all majors
- GPA not lower than 2.75 - 3.50 / 5 semesters depending on the program
