What was truly impressive is the dedication of all participants, especially the activity Station Inspection that the trainees jointly conducted fieldwork, observed, inspected, and meticulously “fault-found” various points, ranging from small things that might be overlooked to issues related to hygiene and production safety.
Not only knowing the principles, but also being able to apply them practically.
The participants' presentation of their analysis results was serious, systematic, and professional. It reflected that through learning via real-life situations, the learners are able to identify problems, analyze causes, and connect them to concrete improvements in the production process.
