วันที่ 8 กันยายน 2568 คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร ให้การต้อนรับผู้แทนจาก Guangzhou Haishenghe Cultural Exchange Planning Co., Ltd. และ Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University ประเทศจีน
โดยมีหลักสูตรของคณะเกษตร 5 หลักสูตร ที่มีความสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรของทาง Jilin เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาจีนมาเรียนที่ไทยและได้รับปริญญาจากมหาวิทยาลัยในไทย ผ่านการสนับสนุนของกระทรวงศึกษาของประเทศจีน ซึ่งทางคณะได้เสนอแนวทางการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและบุคลากร ในกรณีที่เป็นการฝึกงาน ศึกษาดูงานและการทำวิจัยร่วมที่สามารถดำเนินการได้ทันที รวมถึงความเป็นไปได้ของการจัดทำหลักสูตรสองปริญญาร่วมกันต่อไป Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somsak Kramchote, Assistant Dean, together with representatives from the Smart Farm Management Program and the Agricultural Economics and Business for Development Program, engaged in discussions on developing a potential dual degree program between KMITL and Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University. Five programs from the School of Agricultural Technology, KMITL were identified as aligning with Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University, paving the way for Chinese students to study in Thailand and receive a degree from a Thai university, supported by China’s Ministry of Education. The discussion also highlighted immediate opportunities for student and staff exchanges, such as internships, study visits, and joint research as well as the long-term possibility of establishing a dual degree program.
